Associate Broker, Realtor®
Dean’s business career started after University in biotechnology. He started in sales and was quickly promoted to marketing. Over the years, he has spent millions of dollars on marketing and advertising. As a Director of Marketing, he has overseen numerous category-leading product launches in more than 10 countries.
“I love everything sales and marketing related. Getting the listing right, negotiation and communication is my passion.”
As a Sales Manager, he has negotiated millions in contracts and consulted with hundreds of clients to help them achieve their goals.
“Working in medicine for the worlds leading supplier of products taught me to respect regulation and advise clients at the highest level of ethics and skill. There are no short cuts when people lives are at stake”.
Real Estate is similar. Good, ethical advice can make peoples lives better. The opposite type of advice is unthinkable.
In his 12 years in real estate, his team has ranked top 11 at Century21 Canada to today where Luke and Dean help clients one at a time while maintaining top producer status. Awards are great recognition but the goal is to never lose the personal touch.
Dean and his family moved to the Okanagan in 2003. After travelling extensively for business and seeing the world, it was important for him to raise his family in BC. And, what better place than the Okanagan?
Dean is currently a Director at The Okanagan Mainline Real Estate Board, volunteers regularly and sits on numerous committees to help enhance Realtor® professionalism. He owns investment real estate and teaches real estate courses to other agents and the public on a regular basis.

Luke was raised to love and appreciate the great outdoors in Uxbridge, Ontario, a small town just north of Toronto. He spent every moment possible skiing and riding mountain bikes. It was this love for the outdoors that prompted him to move out west after graduating with a Red Seal in Carpentry.
At the age of 25, he started buying investment property in Vancouver. He sold that first property and went on to buy many more and increased his investment reach all the way to Calgary. Much of his success in the world of buying investment properties comes from being able to recognize a home’s potential. A carpenter’s eye is a real asset.
His experience as a carpenter and investor allows him to truly help clients.
“I understand the value of a good home and the potential of the rest. Finding the right property for my clients and helping sellers achieve top dollar results are important.”
Luke is also a technology junkie. He loves the newest gadgets and technology. He spearheads searching and adding new technology to the team’s listing and marketing plans.
“Helping clients get an edge on the competition whether buying or selling is my goal.”
Luke is an active parent and has been recognized as a leading contributor to Easter Seals repeatedly earning the “Golden Heart” award for donations to Okanagan Kids Camp.
Luke is highly regarded for his knowledge of new technology, construction, his keen eye for “a good buy” and his ability to keep deals together where other agents would struggle.
Robyn grew up in the Okanagan and is passionate about all things outdoors. Her love of the outdoors and animals (her dogs) is undisputed as you will frequently spot her on longs walks with Trusty and Moose.
Her business experience at Vancouver Community College and at Costco as a buyer gives her experience in negotiations, sales, contracts and paperwork. She is also considered a social media aficionado and can be found teaching new real estate agents how to use the back end realtor.ca, numerous CRM systems and document management systems.
She is the glue that binds the team to clients. She provides customer service and admin support to Dean, Luke and the Team. Some call her the brains behind the brawn.
She has worked with the team for more than 10 years and knows real estate inside and out.
If you see a witty social media post and notice that the details are covered, it’s her handy-work.
Robyn’s role on the team is unique. She attends all pre-listing photoshoots and actively assists in marking sure the details are correct. She also has a keen eye for marketing and social media.
“All the technology in the world has little value if it’s not utilized properly”.
Robyn is a busy mom, wife and friend. She volunteers regularly at her children's school, Girl Guides Canada and HER. You will spot her on the beaches, hiking trails and markets throughout the valley in her spare time.
